Lithium Harvest Mobile Site Validation Unit For Lithium Extraction

From Brine Sample to Bankable Project

Turn your brine source into a defendable business case.

Our Mobile Site-Validation Unit (SVU) runs your brine through a scaled-down commercial process train at your site - generating decision-grade performance, integration, and cost data.

The results feed directly into our Digital Twin, helping validate recovery, product pathway, operating windows, OpEx inputs, site requirements, and commercial project readiness.

  • Move faster - Generate site-specific operating data in months, not years, before committing to full-scale capital.
  • De-risk FID - Measure real recovery, quality, uptime, energy use, reagent demand, and OpEx inputs on your site.
  • Scale with confidence - Translate SVU results into Digital Twin modeling for plant sizing, economics, and DBOO proposal development.

SVU in Action - From Site to FID

The SVU isn’t a lab test. It’s designed to turn site-specific uncertainty into decision-grade project data.

Talk to our experts
  • What does the SVU validate?

    • Validates on your water - Every brine is different. We test real recovery, quality, and operating windows on your stream.
    • De-risks decisions - Get measured energy use, reagent demand, uptime, and maintenance inputs - not generic assumptions.
    • Confirms integration - Tie-ins, footprint, utilities, HSE, and control interfaces are reviewed and validated on site.
    • Turns interest into execution - Move from concept to a site-specific commercial pathway with clearer technical inputs, project economics, and commercial terms.
  • How does the process work?

From first sample to bankable project in clear, low-risk steps.

    1. Deploy - The mobile, containerized SVU connects to your brine line with minimal interference.
    2. Run and optimize - We tune recovery, selectivity, operating windows, and product pathway based on your chemistry.
    3. Model - Mass balance and operating data feed into our Digital Twin to support commercial plant sizing, OpEx, CapEx, and business case development.
    4. Define - We prepare a site-specific Basis of Design and commercial pack to support DBOO contracting, partner approvals, and FID preparation.
  • When does SVU deployment make sense?

Think of the SVU as a scaled-down commercial plant.

It’s not about proving whether the technology works. It’s about showing how it works on your water, at your site, with your economics.

We don’t roll out the SVU to every opportunity. We deploy it when it makes sense based on initial discussions and screening. That includes your current operations and flowsheet, water composition, lithium concentration, site constraints, location, infrastructure, and commercial objectives.

When those pieces line up, the SVU becomes the bridge between early interest and a bankable, site-specific project.

  • Will the SVU disrupt existing operations?

Impact is designed to be minimal.

The SVU is containerized, compact, and built to integrate with existing site infrastructure. Before deployment, we review brine access, connection points, utilities, disposal handling, HSE requirements, and operating interfaces to minimize interruptions to normal production.

  • Who owns the data?

Data ownership, confidentiality, and usage rights are defined in the project agreement.

You receive the SVU report and site-specific Basis of Design needed to support internal review, commercial discussions, FID preparation, and DBOO contracting. Lithium Harvest retains its process know-how, engineering methods, and proprietary technology.

Validate before full-scale deployment

  1. Real-brine validation: Test your actual brine under real site conditions.
  2. Decision-grade data: Measure recovery, uptime, energy use, reagent demand, and OpEx inputs.
  3. Commercial readiness: Support plant sizing, DBOO terms, internal approvals, and FID preparation.
  4. Lower scale-up risk: Connect field testing, modeling, and engineering before deployment.

Could Your Brine Support a Lithium Project?

The right first step is disciplined screening. Share your brine composition, flow profile, and operating context - and we’ll help determine whether site validation makes sense.
